Dr. Renata Micha, RDN, PhD, FAHA

Dr. Renata Micha is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and internationally recognized nutrition scientist and epidemiologist, specializing in diet-related chronic diseases and population nutrition. She leads TheraVita’s research and analytics work, partnering with governments, health systems, and industry to generate decision-grade evidence for policy and practice.

She is Executive Director of TheraVita and an Associate Professor of Nutrition at the University of Thessaly, as well as Adjunct Professor of Nutrition & Epidemiology at Tufts University (Boston, USA). Her work sits at the intersection of nutritional epidemiology, cardiometabolic health, and data-driven decision support—helping partners move from complex evidence to clear, defensible action.

At TheraVita, she sets scientific direction and quality standards across projects—ensuring transparent methods, reproducible workflows, and stakeholder-ready reporting for programs, products, and policies. She has authored 200+ peer-reviewed publications and has led major national and international collaborations that inform guidelines and real-world implementation.

Dr. Stefanos Papadopoulos

Dr. Stefanos Papadopoulos is an Obstetrician–Gynecologist and Medical Director at TheraVita. He provides clinical governance and medical oversight across projects, supporting protocol review, clinical feasibility, and ethical alignment—so research and analytics outputs translate into safe, implementable solutions in real-world settings.

Dr. George Michas

Dr. George Michas is a Cardiologist with additional training in cardiac ultrasound and the management of critically ill cardiac patients. At TheraVita, he serves as Clinical Lead for cardiometabolic health, supporting outcome frameworks, clinical interpretation, and evidence translation into decision-ready outputs for programs, care pathways, and policy contexts.

Errika Sakka is a Registered Dietitian–Nutritionist with an MSc in Applied Dietetics. She supports TheraVita projects across evidence-based nutrition programs and real-world implementation, and contributes to research and analytics deliverables—including dietary surveillance and measurement workflows, evidence synthesis, and stakeholder-ready reporting.
